Make my trip - Refund not given for cancelled bus ticket

I booked a bus ticket from make my trip for a trip from Bangalore to cochin on **th april ****.But some days before before the trip the bus operator informed me that the trip is cancelled and they have informed make my trip to cancel it from their end and give the refund.But it was not getting cancelled even after *-* days.So I raised a bus cancelled by operator request in make my trip to get the refund.The support ticket was kept open for few days without any update and all of a sudden it got closed telling that issue is resolved,while I didn't get a single rupees as refund.
