Goibibo is such a irresponsible company which took a huge amount of money Rs ***** for the booking of hotel Novotel in Goa and refused our check in in the doubt of corona and didn’t made any refund till now. Also their support team didn’t make any response on time and closed the request.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
