I booked a flight from delhi to leh on. for that air ticket the amount ****rs deducted twice from my phonepay upi. and after that i contact ease my trip customer services i sent many mails to them. but they always said that they initiated my refund. but till its *month now i didn't get my money which deducted twice for one air ticket from ease my trip.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
