I have done the booking on your site but didn't get PNR but got a message of confirmed booking. i called your customer care and one girl AYESHA picked (*.** pm) - call recording attached and this recording is also forwarded to you ctdocuments ID after your executive PRASAD asked me to forward on **nd December at * pm.
i was doing the booking at *.** for *.**pm flight for one of my team members Ashish - Kolkata to Delhi. one has to reach the airport at least * hours prior. i had to share tickets with him and i needed the PNR no for *.** flight. To reach for boarding he needed to leave the house in the next ** min while i was doing his booking but your executive AYESHA said she cannot give any PNR before * hours. i told her to talk in her senses as after * hours this ticket will be of no use as he will not be able to catch the flight.
in the call recording with AYESHA (Attached) you can clearly hear that she asked me to go ahead and do the booking on yatra and my cleartrip transaction would be cancelled and refunded in case this gets booked.
