Actually I have booked a ticket on November *th from Bangalore to Attingal on red bus when I tried to cancel it the policy was over so i tried to reschedule the trip which the option was active but u can’t reschedule it was showing some excuse like validation exception and u have informed the redBus authorities they have asked me to file a open case and wait for ** hours for the refund it have been already * days still u am not getting any response from there team

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
