Jeeves.co.in - Refund not given

I bought a refrigerator of Samsung (single door ) from flipkart & bought a extended warranty for * years from JEEVES together .
In July month I raised a service request for the fridge as it was not cooling properly ,technicians from jeeves came a week later in August *st week & checked the fridge & reported that condenser has a leakage & condenser changing is not under their JEEVES warranty policy so they will refund me my policy value &return the refrigerator .but since then almost two months passed away ,I tried to contact them through phone , email ,twitter but all the time they reply that they will resolve this issue after two business days but when I contact them after two days they again repeat same dialogue of two days later . I am frustrated with their behavior &my insurance expiry is also near ,they trying hard to delay the matter so they can avoid paying me my money .
I've been mentally harassed by their unethical tictac &they don't provide any tickets also to raise a complaint .
I want my refundable money as early as possible & compensation for my mental trauma & harassment regarding this issue
