Reliance Digital - Refund not given

I ordered samsung refrigerator from reliance digital app. I got defective item so I cancelled it .but even after ** days I didn't receive refund so I complained on reliance digital customer care so many times but they gave same answer whenever I call that we are escalating your issue and u will get refund within *-* days . It's about * month of cancellation but still no response from this careless people . They are just doing fraud to people and cheating them by not giving refund . Some strict action should be taken to provide refund to me.
