Makemytrip.com - Refund not done

On **th of August, I made a booking through MakeMyTrip to Pearl Park Beach Resort at Neil Islands, Andamans to check in on **th August and check out on the **th. I paid ***** (Rupees eighteen thousand eight hundred and ninety seven). The booking id was NH*************

My flight from Chennai to Port Blair was delayed and by the time we reached, we realized the ferry to Neil Island had left. There was no way to get there as the private ferries didn't operate as well due to the independence day around the corner was what I was told.
I immediately called Pearl Park Beach resort. The lady at the reception said she couldn't do anything. When I insisted, she gave a number of someone who could help. Else she said I've to take it up with MakeMyTrip. I tried calling MakeMyTrip, but the number wasn’t going through. But being their customer for years, I thought they would anyway help me with this.

The number ********** I got from Pearl Park Beach Resorts, I was told of Mr. Kannan. He suggested we stay at Mylapode resorts. We had to pay **** (Four thousand three hundred and twenty) for a night in spite of the **% discount that Mr. Kannan apparently recommended. We couldn't sleep most of the night due to the insecticide sprayed on the bed, And that feedback I have provided to them.

The next morning in spite of being in the queue, we could not get to board both the Early morning or the morning or afternoon ferries as they were running full. Speaking to the officials at the booking depot didn't work as they said the local residents are given a priority and tourists are discouraged from boarding them until the locals going to their homes are taken care of. !

So I called MakeMyTrip Very unlike MakeMyTrip, the agent was rude and said she could do anything as we didn't book the entire package with MakeMyTrip. Please understand both the flights and hotels were through MakeMyTrip.
Our entire trip was booked through Makemytrip, and we were stranded with no hotel and the entire plan had to be changed.
Post that I stayed with Kavitha Grand for **** (three thousand five hundred and forty rupees) per night as the authorities ruled out any ferry tickets for us and even if we make it, they said the return trips could not be promised so we could reach in time for our flights.
After that, I called Makemytrip for a refund or at least partial cancellation and they wouldn’t budge. I wrote to them as well, but all they did was apologized and closed the case.
As far as I am concerned, my money ***** is with Make My trip as I could not avail their services. Please help. I think I am being fair
