Cleartrip - Refund not done yet it s been 1 5 years

I booked a flight from Chandigarh to Delhi and the flight was cancelled by the vistara airlines so I took a cab and went Delhi. The booking was done on July **** and it's still not refunded. I have complained more than *** times via mail and customer service but they tell me every time that amount has not reverted by the airlines, it's pending, it's processing. While the airline assures that the refund was forwarded to Cleartrip. The agents at Cleartrip when contacted tell that they will call back or send mail but none have ever done. The names of Cleartrip agent whom I've talked are Snehal Patel, Mohit, Armash, Nair and their supervisor Rohit and Rahul. Each of these blame airlines that they haven't revert the amount while airline ensures the revert of amount. The airline even suggests me to file a FIR complaint against Cleartrip.
