Sir/Mam,
We made a cancellation request of the purchase order of BYJU'S premium product (Order no: SO-****************).
My registered mobile no is **********. The name of the student is R.Lakshitha. The payment we made of Rs ***** was not refunded.
We were informed that senior manager Mrs. Gayathri would contact us later.
We contacted BYJU'S customer care executives for the last twenty days.
So I kindly request you to arrange for the refund of Rs.*****.
