Prakasan R filed complaint against Redbus on Oct 21, 2019
I am Prakasan.R . I had booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Palakkad on **th June **** in redbus (Orange Tours and Travels). The ticket number is TN*M********. The bus got cancelled and the refund was initiated for an amount of ₹**** but the amount is not credited to my account yet. I have already filed a multiple complaint in the redbus management escalation team and their response is not satisfactory. They have been giving wrong information for a long time.
I have also raised a charge back as per the advise of redbus management escalation team but there was no use in that . So please take necessary action at the earliest. Please contact on prakasan****@gmail.com for any further update
