Make my trip - refund not credited

On *th of Feb **** booked a return flight ticket for Raipur to Bengaluru via Makemytrip app & total amount paid was Rs *****/-. A date change request was successfully done with the payment of Rs ****/-. As the plan changed had to raise a cancelation request on call on **th Feb **** via Makemytrip customer care portal ****-******* for which the airline had already confirmed of cancellation on the same day but the status on the Makemytrip app was not updated. Calling MMT customer care they said to have some issue & raised the request for cancellation on **th Feb ****. Since then there is no change in the status of request & after calling them so many times they have only one answer that airlines (indigo) has not paid the refund till date.

Annoyed by the vague responses from the MMT agents I requested the Airlines for the status of which they confirmed of having paid the refund on **th Feb **** itself.

After calling the MMT people so many times they do not acknowledge any payment from the Indigo. Also there is no status change on the app almost after * months which say I am entitled to receive the refund of *****/- once the airlines pays back.
