I am Syamala N . I had booked a ticket from Eluru to Banglore on **th Nov **** in redbus (Navayuga Travels). The ticket number is TTC*********. The bus got cancelled and the refund was initiated for an amount of ₹****.*(**** from my account and applied coupon for remaining) but the amount is not credited to my account yet. I've also contacted the travels but i didn't got any solution. So please take necessary action at the earliest. Please contact on syamalanadimpalli**@gmail.com for any further update
