I had a booked a flight with MakeMyTrip, but the flight company, Indigo had cancelled the flight, so I choose the refund option. Not only did the company keep the convinence fee accourding to their refund breakup, they have stated that they refunded the amount to the MakeMyTrip wallet, which doesn’t reflect any amount. Their customer service is non existent, therefore I am unable to reach them in any way. I have email them in the past, but have gotten no response. I have no idea how to get my money back. They are a crappy service with no customer care, and it’s really frustrating.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
