Prajwal Khandagale filed complaint against Oyo on Nov 16, 2021
On ** oct I booked a hotel for stay, once I reached at the location the property was too bad so I cancelled that property executive told me that I'll get refund credited in my account within ** days and also ask to share my bank details I also have all the proof with me and after giving all the details still the refund is not credited and also executive of oyo is not helping with this case after speaking on call for half an hour they disconnect the call suddenly and some of executive are saying that they can't do anything they can't check, I also have all the recording with me. Booking id ( ICIW****)

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
