Goibbo - Refund not credited

I had booked my air ticket through Goibibo on **-Feb-** and travel date was **-May-** but due to lockdown flight was non-operational hence airline(Spicejet) issued full refund which got credited to Goibibo account. After a lots of followup Goibibo agreed to initiate the refund on **th December which was supposed to get credited in *-* working days but its been more than * months, I didn't get the refund. Whenever I try to call, automated system says refund already initiated and disconnects the call. No chat or email support is working. Its really irritating.
