I was denied a checkin at hotel in ooty on a booking made on makemytrip. Ibooked the hotel well over a lot of days in advance and on the very day of check in we were denied a stay. Makemytrip failed to provide me with other accomodation but promised that they would be refunding the entire amount of the tariff i paid in whichever hotel I stay for the * days. I stayed n upon returning mailed them my bank details along with the invoices but everything is falling on deaf ears.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
