Reema Gupta filed complaint against Goibbo on Dec 17, 2020
This is to bring to your notice that my booking is more than * months old and I was told that refund was initiated on original payment mode i.e. on the credit card through which I made payment, but it got reversed and transaction could not get completed.
Therefore, they asked me to provide Bank account details for NEFT. I provided the bank details twice.
But I haven't received any refund yet. And the worst part is the toll free number for further clarification mentioned in email is not working.
I am unable to understand what is going on with my refund.
Please check your records and guide me what further action should I take?
