Vaidy Kalpathy filed complaint against Easemytrip on Feb 11, 2021
I had booked round-trip tickets for my family BLR-BOM-BLR to fly with Indigo through www.easemytrip.com for travel in May ****.
The flight was cancelled by Indigo. Initially they issued a credit shell but in June, they issued a full refund to EaseMyTrip. The booking id is EMT******** (PNR : ENJ**X).On checking with Indigo on Jan **, ****, I realized that they have refunded the amount of Rs ***** to EaseMyTrip but its been over * months and EaseMyTrip has not initiated the process to refund my money. They said they need my consent to refund my money to me. When followed up, repeatedly their excuse is they will escalate and ask me to wait for another * to ** working days. Please help.
