I booked ** bus tickets from hyderabad to tirupati via scapia application on **-**-****, but the bus was breakdown at *:** AM after *** kilometers. The orange tours and travels did not provide any alternate bus and we got a message regarding a total amount will refund of Rs ***** from orange tours and travels. The orange travel people did not arrange an alternative bus from our side. We have taken an alternative bus and we have paid additional bus charges. Kindly check and refund the total amount. Rs *****. It is a very bad service kindly take action.
