i ordered iphone ** on *th aug **** using HDFC credit card. Later due to some reasons i cancelled it on *th aug ****.I did a call to customer support team and asked them for refund after * working dates i.e Aug **th ****. Still they said they need ** hours. I again waited for ** hours and they still said backend team issue they will resolve that issue and i will get call from them ,also that issue will resolve by ** rd aug ****.Today aug **th ****, still i didn't get refund. i dont know what to do know.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
