RELIANCE DIGITAL - Refund not credited back to credit card

I made a purchase on reliance digital e store on * May **** of a mobile model motorola g ** *gb ** gb worth Rs. ****.** and paid its amount via HDFC bank credit card in full on * May **** I cancelled order because it was stuck due to some delivery issue from E-com express (reliance digital delivery partner) , on * May **** itself I received a message stating refund has been initiated ,on calling reliance customer care they advised me to wait for * working days as this is the expected time line for the refund to be processed to the source account on ** may post waiting * days I made a complaint of amount not being credited to the source account and a complaint ticket was generated to look in the details , post waiting some time reliance digital informed that refund initiated and they provided me the reference number of the transaction , on verifying the reference number from HDFC bank it was found no such incoming transaction exist and subsequently I raised multiple complaints but till day today i.e ** -** -**** they have not refunded the amount. I have provided them my credit card transaction statements as a proof on their demand still they have not taken up this positively. I seek full refund and I have attached all proof in attachments.
