I paid additional amount at hotel when I spoke to oyo customer care he agreed to refund and he took my bank details in email but now they not lifting the call and cancelling my call. They said in ** days it will be credited but now it's *month

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
