I like to bring to your notice about the false promises made by Byjus online coaching company. On ** June **** this person named Mr Milland Chourasia came to my house in bhowali. Meeting with Mr Milland was scheduled online after I received call from customer care for free demo. First he gave the study demo to my daughter and said to take trail classes for ** days by paying Rs ****/- which will be refunded if not satisfied with quality of online tution. When I paid Rs **** Mr Milland said trail period process will only be started after paying full amount of Rs ***** which is also refundable within ** days of receiving the study material and insisted to pay full amount. I made payment through my credit card. I received study material which includes a ** inches tablet and a bag. After using the course for * days my daughter didn't find it of any help. Since * July **** i am calling customer care to refund my Rs ***** but they are making excuses and not paying money back. I Mailed them but of no use. Sir I request you to please help me to get my hard earned money back. I'll be thankful to you.
