Dear Team,
My marriage was fixed on ** March ****. It got postponed indefinitely due to Covid restrictions. I had booked a honeymoon package on *th Feb **** by paying a booking amount of **,*** out of total package costing around *,**,***. On **th March ****, I myself cancelled the package since my marriage got cancelled. I am aware and absolutely fine with ***% cancellation charges charged by MMT.
However on *th of April I received a call from Go-air stating that the flight has been cancelled by Go-Air and ***% refund of return tickets for couple amounting to **,*** will be processed in favour of MMT.
Now the matter I wish to contest is, if MMT is receiving full refund of **,***, let it deduct its charges and atleast process a part refund of the booking amount that I have paid ie. **,***. MMT is making a case of unjust enrichment prim-facie and I expect a clear, concise and transparent resolution of the matter. The relationship manager does not understand my concerns much and hence unable to help.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
