2Gud.com - Refund not being processed even after many mails sent

I had order a TV from *Gud.com site and had to cancel the order due to money constraints. i had paid full amount from my savings account during ordering. After cancelling i got a message to not accept the delivery and return it back which i did and after sometime i see the status as Delivered. so i called to the delivery person and told to deliver at earliest as the status was delivered. i got it next day. then i raised the return request to get the refund which was accepted and was mentioned that the item will be picked up by *th Sept. But still it is not picked up and refund is not being processed. i need to refund amount urgently as i am in need of it. Please help to get the refund. I have sent the mail conversation to my gmail as the outlook mail i was not able to attach here. please check and help me to get the refund. due to this concern i have lost ***** from my account when i tied to get the contact number of *gud site from google. i got one number (**********) the person who received the call told me that he will help me to get the refund. he sent me one link and told to forward me to another number and asked me few numbers (not the atm pin) they somehow tracked my account details and my account was debited multiple times totally ***** before i blocked my account. please help on this as well if i can get my money back. will be really grateful to you and your team. thanks a lot.
