Prajit Nair filed complaint against Cleartrip on Aug 8, 2021
Had booked a ticket from Goa to Lucknow with GoFirst via Cleartrip. Ths was done on the HDFC Infinia Concierge service site. The flight was scheduled for **th July from Goa to Lucknow with one connecting stop at Delhi. The connecting flight to Lucknow got cancelled. I called up the airlines and they agreed for a full refund of Rs.****. The airline processed the same on **th July. I received mail from GoFirst regarding this. On further inquiry I learnt that this refund was made to the travel agency and that I had to follow up with them. I followed up with the bank concierge service and they forwarded the query to cleartrip. Cleartrip replied with a standard robotic reply that the airline is yet to refund the money and the airline policy is to refund in ** days and Cleartrip refunds the amount in another * days. So I have to wait another ** days. This is when the airline has clearly communicated that the refund has been made to the travel agency.
