The Indigo airlines have initiated the process of refunding on **/**/**** by directing make my trip to facilitate the refund. I would like to know the refund status for the same from make my trip,. There is absolutely no mechanism to talk to a human staff of the company as they indulge in an AI based mechanism to interact on chat.
