Dear Sir, I placed an order from Vmart in-store on December **th and paid Rs. ****. I received the order on December **th, ****. I placed a return request on December **th. The date kept coming up saying they would come to collect the order in two days. Then I called customer care and placed a return request. The return was successful on the **th. I have not received a refund yet. The sweater was returned to the delivery bay in absolutely fresh and good condition. With the tags and original packaging.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
