Make My Trip - Refund kept in their wallet

I had booked flights for family from Goa to Ahmedabad for travel date **th May ****,through makemytrip account. As holidays were postponed and Indigo airline kept money with them to be reused within next year, I was okay with that. I had paid amount through my bank. On *th October **** makemytrip cancelled tickets and everywhere stating that customer cancelled it, they deducted convenience charges, also *** INR used through wallet also deducted, so for ***** they refunded ***** only, that too in makemytrip wallet, not in my bank account from which I paid. I don't want to use their wallet and they have no right to keep my money with them which airline has already refunded.
