Byjus - Refund issues and cheating

Issues with Byju's point by point as follows :
*. Cheating from Ms Ayushi- Counselor.
*. Promised to give a package for *rd standard but issued *th standard package.
*. Not refunding by Byju’s.
*. There is no transparency in Byju’s.
*. Without information to parents intimated bank to debit EMI amount
*. They did not allow their office for discussion.
*. Every time different counsellor trying to contact.
Byju counsellor Ms Ayushi approached package and we have paid Rs. *****/- on spot on **.**.**. Request you activate after *st of April whereas received package on * days before. Immediately we called to her and requested to take back but she advised it will be considered from day usage after *st only.
They promised for the package to my son for *rd standard whereas received package is *th standard to **th standard and again and again, she convinced its *rd standard don’t worry like that if you are not ok with this package you can cancel this package in ** days.
Ms Ayushi: If a package is not satisfied can be refunded immediately whereas now they were demanding to return back tablet without making payment to us wait for ** – ** days.
We have clearly informed to Ms Ayushi if we ok with the package I may pay cash Rs.******/- since I have the process of home loan, whereas without my knowledge she is done ECS facility to my bank account. I have submitted to her for address proof but submitted to the bank as a loan.
We have been waiting for a long time for a refund. ** days is over from my date of intimation to Ms Auyshi. The executive informed us if we are not interested in any reason. She will be refunded immediately whereas she is cheated us and also she stated this course from *rd standard whereas it's for the only *th. Same as been they also accepted and apologies to me over the phone today.
Ms Sowmya has given an offer for a **% discount to this package because of the wrong committed by Ms Ayushi. Without my knowledge loan is processed by Ms Ayshu and Byjus, this is an illegal activity done by their end.
We don't any have hopes on these people as she committed kindly collect kit after the hovering cheque or RTGS details. There is no transparency from the team and there is no escalation matrix, nor their seniors are coming to picture. Please refund the amount immediately before we go legally. If required I can organise delivery on their doorstep once payment is refunded. If in case they not supporting I have to go legally with the organisation and Ms Auyshi for misconducting and cheating.
Immediately stop the ECS facility. I have other transaction going off my personal as I already mentioned to Ms Ayushi and Mr Akhilesh regarding my loan and ECS facility otherwise have to go legally as I mentioned earlier to Ms Ayushi she misguided us that amount will not be ECS facility. Ms Ayushi and Akhilesh told us the amount will credit within the day of cancellation. Kindly stop ECS facility as soon as possible.
