Hazik Hamid filed complaint against Cleartrip on Mar 2, 2021
I was going to receive refund my booking on cleartrip and requested cleartrip for refunding the amount in my new bank account as the account which i used at the time of booking is not in use so after requesting bank account change they agreed to refund the amount in the new bank account details and for the same I received the conformation from their end on mail . So i was waiting for the refund to come in my new updated bank account but I didn't receive the refund and i also checked with the bank for same they said they have not received any refund from cleartrip. So after contacting again cleartrip I got to know that they have refunded the amount in the original mode of payment which is not in use after repeatedly requesting not to credit in to that account as it's not in use . I was taking follow up with the cleartrip since dec **** and i have all the conversations on mail on which they have confirmed that they have refunded in to new account details provided ..
