Byjus - Refund issue

I enrolled my son for coaching classes in Byjus on *st Feb. I was told that there will be ** days trial period which will start after orientation and once i get Tab, nothing will be charged to me on cancellation and all money will be refunded.
So No cost EMI was processed on my card. Orientation was planned on *th Feb, for which I spoke multiple times on *st, *nd & *th Feb to sales coordinator and support teams to move it to next week as we will not be able to attend on *th. I got the Tab on *th Feb and my son attended *st class on that day. On same day i was given some instructions about Tab handling over phone. So that is actually start of trial period which is *th Feb.
I was assured that orientation will be rescheduled to next week but actually no action was taken which I got to know from call on **th Feb.
On **th Feb we decided not to continue the course and informed Sales coordinator, Branch head and also sent emails to support email address. Since then I am only being told that cancellation team will call me to understand the concern and process my refund but infact there has be no calls and cancellation has also not happened as I continue to get emails & calls to attend scheduled classes.
Need support here as I don't see actions from Byjus even after repeated phone calls/emails as they keep pointing towards cancellation & refund team for actions which have not even contacted me and replied to my so many emails, I doubt whether any such team do exists in Byjus and they just continue to fool parents.
