I had booked stay through Agoda for **th december however cancelled the booking as per free cancellation policy on **th December * pm but there is no revert to refund , the hotel as well has shared a confirmation mailer for acceptance free cancellation with agoda but neither any mail came nor intimation on refund have been trying to call different numbers but no response.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
