Saikrishna Koppula filed complaint against Byjus on Dec 6, 2021
as per the initial communication from Byju's is to cancel the subscription would start from the day their mentor calls us and explain how to use the app etc. but now they are saying that subscription would start from the package delivery date. as per my details it is on **th day but as per the wrong communication they are measuring it as ** days and they are not cancelling my subscription. Please help us to get my refund by cancelling the subscription.
