We have booked Holiday Package with make my trip in Jan ****, Travel schedule was on **th Feb ****, Because of Corona situation Travel got cancelled & after lots of fight they given us the Gift card with * year Validity of Rs. ******, they got cash refund from airlines but they have not given that cash amount to us. After * year still Singapore is not open for travel so now they are not ready to extend the validity of the Gift card till the singapore is not open for normal travel. And there is no support email or call is responding for our request.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
