Irfan Ahmad Chat filed complaint against 2gud.com on May 25, 2019
I ordered Redmi note * *gb ** GB from *gud having order id OD****************** on ** May ****. The product was delivered on **th May. But instead of Redmi note *, I received Redmi * ( which is an inferior and cheaper model ) which too is not in working condition. I opted for return on ** may ( They give ** days return period) having return id ********************. They rejected the return request without giving any reason. I again raised a request with return id ********************. But they again rejected it. Now the third time I called their customer care and told him about the issue. Now he has again raised a new return request with return id ******************** on ** May which is not yet been entertained. The return period will be over on ** May **** (tomorrow). I have strong evidence of their fraud. The invoice mentions the product as Redmi note * but the IMEI no. on the same invoice i.e *************** is of Redmi * when checked. Please help me get my money back. I've attached the invoice copy with this complaint.
