We were facing some issues with Oyo room and want refund so we contacted to Oyo customer care nd they said don't worry u will get the refund if we provide the fraud details and we did give what ever proof they asked for nd they provided a link of sharing bank details, we did shared the bank details correct but in the time of refund they refunded to a different account number which is not ours hence invalid nd the money reversed back by the bank . It has been a month nd a half of struggling to get a refund from Oyo room!! Please help us out
