I had booked flights in **** via MAKEMYTRIP for a family trip viz Air india for Muscat to Mumbai. Travelling was only in july ****, but Covid hit and we were unable to travel. Money was put into escrow account, as was earlier informed by airlines and could be utilised by May ****. However, last Month Airindia cancelled my Bookings and refunded my money to MAKEMYTRIP. Air India gave me Refund number also .I have been trying multiple phone nos. of MAKEMYTRIP, i talked On Facebook Twitter also but they are not giving refund my money I feel cheated and lost. Please help
