On Jan ***rd I called sales person named Vijay who approached me before regarding new connection I spoke to him and he said seperate new connection for my home will be given and not connection from other home so i processed online as he requested for ID details and paid **** through online portal link he shared. Then tech came to our house and trying to take connection from neighborhood house i refused to do that and so the lead from ACT team spoke to me and asked * days time to give separate connection directly to my home not taking connection from other house. I waited for * days i called again on *rd day he did not pick up call and i asked refund to the person who selled this plan via WhatsApp but no response from him. I called customer service and asked for refund they are telling that i need to wait for refund it may take more than ** days and no confirmation send to me regarding the refund initiation. Kindly help me to get my money back from this online fraud.
