*.I have booked more than * flight booking on Cleartrip and for that I have received Reward code worth Rs **** from Cleartrip.
*.I have tried to use that reward code for the hotel booking of below trip Id – ************
*.Unfortunately that transaction was failed because of issue on Cleartrip website.
*.I called Cleartrip customer care and informed about failed transaction and about reward code was not working.In the reply the apologise for the what happened and they have given me option such as “Please book a new hotel more than **** Rs and we will credit **** Rs in your bank account”.
*.At first I was denying there offer and requested them to provide me **** Rs in Cleartrip wallet so that I can make new booking using that wallet.
*.The clearly denied and sent me below email,
This is with reference to your booking under Trip ID :************.
We regret for the inconvenience caused to you for your hotel booking with us at Amrapali Hotel and Resort, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Regarding your query regarding the use of the hotel cashback received to you as a part of the Cleartrip Rewards Program please find below :-
*] We are deeply sorry to inform you that you won't be able to use the Rewards Program coupon code twice using the same account even is the booking generated has fallen under issues.
*] However, in case you make a new reservation with us we will refund you the difference amount.
*] Please note that you need to make new booking without using any kind of discount or coupon code as only one offer can be applied to any booking.
*] Also, note that the booking must be more than the minimum amount of cashback coupon used earlier i.e. INR ****.
*] The mode of payment used must be either credit/debit card
*] After we retrieve your new booking, we will refund you the amount which will include the amount of cashback used for previous booking.

*.Now to avail refund of **** Rs I have tried to book again hotel * times.and all the * transaction are failed and my money got deducted.
*.These are the * Cleartrip Ids for the failed booking ***********,***********,***********
*.After that I have sent emails to cleartrip saying that my transactions are failed,
**.I have called them as I was not getting reply and they have informed me they are going to provide me refund for the * failed transactions and they will confirm * booking .
**.They have confirmed my booking with below trip id - ***********
**.Now after this booking I have sent mail to cleartrip for the refund on **/**/**** and for that they have replied me on **/**/**** with below mail,

Greetings from Cleartrip..!
As per your mail would like to inform you that the refund of cash back amounting Rs.****/- has been processed from our end and it totally depends upon your existing bank,Kindly help us with the bank statement to investigate on the same.

**.Then I waited for my refund and after not receiving refund after ** days I have sent them more than ** emails but they have not replied to any of may email.
**.Now yesterday they have replied me with below mail.

You made * booking in that * booking -Grand Hotel Kathmandu, Kathmandu, Nepal.* booking hotel Amrapali Hotel and Resort, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. As per your telephonic conversation with our customer care executive, we have confirmed * booking and refund to booking ***********,************..and in this Amrapali Hotel and Resort, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India (Trip ID: ************) you have got cash back RS ****.As per process you request you to make new reservation and share the new trip id we will process cash back amount..
As per process if booking is done by cleartrip side we will not provide any cash back amount to be refund..
So as per the process make new (prepaid booking) booking without using any kind of discount or coupon code as only one offer can be applied to any booking.
Also, note that the booking must be more than the minimum amount of cashback coupon used earlier i.e. INR ****.
The mode of payment must be either credit/debit card.
After we retrieve your new booking, we will refund you the amount which will include the amount of cashback used for previous booking.
Please note that you need to make a new fresh reservation within ** days only for Hotel product.

**.Now they are saying me that the booking which they have confirmed out of * failed booking was not from my account.
So they are not at all going to refund me and again they are saying me to book the new booking for the refund.
**.What is the end customer that they are booking from back end by which channel.I have done booking from my account only and I have the proof as below,
**.I am allowed to only attach * file so Its difficult for me to share screenshot with you.But in my cleartrip account its clearly visible my booking.
**.I am really frustrated with the customer service.
**.I request you to please have a big complaint against these cheaters and help me to get my money back with the compensation for the headache I have faced.
