I made two bookings for international travel via MakemyTrip and as international flights are not operating till June **, ****, so I requested Makemytrip to cancel my tickets. I repeatedly called Makemytrip to cancel my tickets and issue me the refund after cancelling all the necessary charges. Makemytrip bluntly told me that they won't issue any refund to the original source of payemnt and they will credit the refund to MMT wallet and this amount can be used to book tickets later. This is so unprofessional as MMT is receiving refund from the Airlines after the cancellation of my tickets but they are not returning me my money rather keeping my money. Request to please guide and get me my money back
