my sister booked ticket before lockdown, but due to lockdown all flight were cancelled, so we applied for refund. make my trip customer care told us they will provide refund within ** days but no its upto * months still we cannot get any refund. make my trip saying that refund nor processed from Air India but Air India e mailed me that they have processed refund to make my trip. also Air India giving full refund but make my trip is charging.
