Dear Sir,
I am writing with great hope that I will get justice.
In **** I book Jet Airways ticket (Reference No. **************** : NN*************) for my parents from Pune (India) to Perth (Australia) and back from make my trip portal. I spent roughly INR *****/- In the last * year, I have sent several emails, made number of calls but no one at Make my Trip has bothered to respond to my mail. I really feel helpless and lost. I have a copy of my ticket which I can produce as evidence.
I will be grateful if you could guide me. I am overseas at present but I am available on j.aston@ecu.edu.au.
