My flight was booked from Budapest to Delhi for **st March on Polish airlines through cleartrip.
I got a mail on **th march from cleartrip saying flight is cancelled. Though the airline mention it on its website also that incase the flight is cancelled by them they will give full refund but noone from cleartrip is bothered to take a refund from them.
It's almost * months since i am following up with cleartrip but there is no one who is reposnding, I just have an option of clicking on a query on their website and i get the same reply for last * months that it's taking time to refund due to covid and they will get back to me, Till date i have not seen any response from them. They have traumatized me like anything , i live in fear if my money is gone or i still can get it back. Looks like i have been a victim of an online fraud by cleartrip.
I need them to pay me back y ticket amount + **K for all the trauma that hey have given and all the time that i have wasted in following them up.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
