Dear Sir/Ma'm,
We have received only Rs. ****/- as refund out of total booking amount Rs. *****.**/- via Vistara Flight booking done via Cleartrip - Trip Id- ************, even when the Flight is cancelled by carrier itself and we have not initiated any cancellation request.
Out of total booking of Rs. *****/- through Clearterip for Spicejet and Vistara Flights, we have received Credit Shell from Spice jet worth only Rs. *,***/- and remaining amount is not refunded by Cleartrip & VIstara. We are continuously following them up,but there no correct response from them. Its a surprising fact that they themself have cancelled the Flight and kept our money which is not absolutely correct. Please do the needful for our Complete refund/Credit Shell.
