Byjus - Refund from Byjus

Dear Sir
We would like to mention here in utter despair that the learning program taken from BYJUS for my daughter Mudita Singh (ON * Nov-****) for ** years ( *th to **th ), was the biggest setback for my daughter's learning growth. But with passage of time we learned that BYJUS is completely unprofessional ,irresponsible and unaccountable to the very purpose of learning and studying.

*st year BYJUS have shown some interest a couple of times, *nd year BYJUS have forgotten to send the study materials / books. Now, we are calling them to send *rd year study materials but no one is picking the calls or calls back later ..
Now the same irresponsible behavior continues to dominate. Since the last ** days my daughter has been trying to call the Mentor, but all calls go to deaf ears where nobody listens and nobody responds.

We would like to withdraw from the current scheme and seek cancellation immediately.
Please do needful and confirm.
