Maine easemytrip.com se ** airline tickets (Booking Ids: EMT*********, EMT********* & EMT*********) book karaye the flight ka time **th march **** ko **:** AM ka the lekin airline dwara filght aur timing change hone ki wajha se mujhe sabhi tickets cancel karne pade, maine * march **** ko easemytrips ki wabsite par jaakar sabhi tickets cancel kar diye aur full refund ke liye apply kiya(jo ki maine pahele hi airline se confirm kar liya tha ki main full refund ke liye elligble hu), aur aaj **th April ho gai hai par jab bhi main easemytrips se refund ka status puchta hu to wo bolte hai ki humne airline ko mail kiya hua hai par abhi tak koi reply nhi aaya jab aayega tab hum apni tarf se process karenge par easemytrip ne refund ke liye apply bhi kiya hai iska un logo ne koi proof nhi diya ab yadi main airline se puchta hu to wo log bolte hai ki travel agency se pucho aapne travel agency ke through ticket kiya tha aur yadi travel agency(easemytrip) se puchta hu to wo bolte hai ki abhi airline se koi reply nahi aaya hai, is baat ko lagbhag * mahine hone wale hai.
Please help me to get refund.
