I made a Hotel booking with a Gift Card + Credit Card. My booking ID is NH************* for Hotel Miraya. It was auto-canceled by MakeMyTrip. They refunded the amount to MyWallet. After a couple of months, they initiated auto-refund, which means, the money will go back to the expired gift card, and MakeMyTrip without providing any services just earned the gift card value as their revenue. Upon call, they told me that they are resolving the issue and then they started sending me emails of the refund process of only the amount that was on the credit card. What a shameful company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
