I booked a car but the pickup and condition of the car was not good. The car pickup was very bad and the suspension was also not good. It had a weird sound coming all the time. While I was putting it in first gear it had no pickup and I had to accelerate. I picked the car but due to it's condition I returned it within *-* hours. I want to claim refund as I have not used the car because of it's condition.
